i have seriously been considering introducing a few of our dogs to the bark collar. since i have never owned or used them before, i have a few questions. what brands seem to do the best job? some of them readjust themselves to avoid excessive pain to the dog. waterproof or not? mostly the collars would be used during indoor crating. at this point, i am not planning to use them during outdoor kennel time.
good experiences? bad experiences? i would like to hear from anyone who has used them. i have never used electronic collars of any kind, so i am really dumb about the whole thing.
we have our son's dogs here right now (long story) as well as our own and i just don't think it is a good deal to have them barking at each other and driving me nuts in the process.
thanks

bark collars are pretty much the extent of electric i would use with my dogs. everything else is alod fashion leash and praise. as far as what i like i have several Dogtras they are great rechargeable durable and pretty much water proof. but remember no electric collars work well in salt water
